Job Description Assist Chairman and Management of ZN in all aspects of Human Resources, namely:
  • Recruitment and contracting.
  • Salary & wage administration.
  • Appraisals and incentives.
  • MIS maintenances, HR plan and policy formulation.
  • Training/Retraining.
  • Coordination and implementation of policies and procedure for their smooth functioning.
  • Proactively undertake activities which encourage creativity, innovation and team-building.
Desired Profile Should be a MBA-HR with a good education preferably in Engineering or Technology background, with two years experience. Candidates must be:
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data base management.
  • Able to interact with top management, highly qualified and gifted technical experts and consultants.
  • Well versed in modern HR Practices.
Experience Greater than 2 years.
Industry Type Computer Aided Engineering Analysis for solving advanced problems in the Defence, Nuclear, Space and other Engineering Verticals.
Functional Area HR Administration, IR.
Qualification UG: Preferably in Engineering or Technology.
PG: MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Compensation Not a constraint for a deserving candidate.
