| Job Description |
Plan, organize, direct and accomplish the company's targets in
Marketing and Sales in India and Abroad.
In addition to in-house developed Products and Services in the area
of numerical simulation technologies and computer aided engineering
analysis, the company specializes in providing Customized Products
to suit the needs of the customers. |
| Desired Profile |
The Candidate should have:
- Proven track record of achievements in the area of marketing
of Services and Products in Computer Aided Engineering Analysis.
- 3 to 7 years of experience out of which the last 3 years
spent in the relevant area as indicated above.
- Ability to engage key functionaries at all levels of a variety
of customer organizations and convinces them about the capabilities
of the company.
- Ability to interact with the top management, and other members
of the company; most of whom are highly capable and gifted technical
experts. The incumbent has to reconcile what they can deliver with
the needs of the customer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

| Qualification |
Bachelors Degree in Engineering; a Masters Degree in Management
is highly desirable. |
