Zeus Numerix, Mumbai & C-DAC, Pune will conduct a 3-day intensive training programme on "Computational Electromagnetism (CEM) and Calculation of Radar Cross Section (RCS)" during August 8-10, 2006.

The prime focus of the workshop would be to train scientists and engineers in solving problems though several case studies. Fundamentals of electromagnetism will be covered. Issues related to modeling geometry, mesh generation, setting up simulation and post-processing would be highlighted for live industrial problems using CEM software `CEMExpert™', which can create/repair geometry, produce grids, execute numerical solution of Maxwell’s electromagnetic equations and carry out post processing of results.

The course is aimed at training engineers and scientists in Aerospace Laboratories / Agencies / Industries / Academic Institutes, who wish to include CEM as a routine analysis tool in their design and analysis cycles. The course will be of use to those who work in telecommunication and antenna designs.
